• 19-21

• Must meet low income guidelines

• Deficient (Basic skills)

• Homeless/Runaway/Foster child

• Offender

• Requires additional assistance in completing an education program or securing and holding employment

Adults

• 18 + yrs old

• Priority given to customers with low income

• Customers unable to obtain employment using WorkForce Center self-directed resources

Dislocated Workers

• Those affected by a plant closesure or a significant industry downsizing

• Has been terminated or laid off, or who has received notice of termination or layoff

• Was self-employed as a result of general economic conditions or a natural disaster

• Displaced homemaker

• Customers unable to obtain employment using WorkForce Center self-directed resources.
